Luncheon and Dinner Cruises on Lake George Since 1817, Lake George Steamboat Co. has proudly sailed on America's most beautiful lake. The company offers lunch, brunch and dinner cruises aboard three beautiful ships, including the romantic Moonlight Cruise and the Fireworks Cruise. Cruises operate May through October with 12 cruises daily in season. Private charters and group rates are also available.
Water Slide World Water Slide World is the #1 waterpark on the East Coast, with over 35 water slides, attractions and services, including Hurricane Harbor Wave Pool. Six Flags Great Escape If you're looking for rides, thrills and spectacular rollercoasters, Six Flags Great Escape in Lake George is the place to visit! Ride the brand new Canyon Blaster, or cool off in Splashwater Kingdom, the waterpark located inside. Other exciting rides include The Comet, Boomerang and the Steamin' Demon. The amusement park also features Storytown, a unique children's area and smaller rollercoaster's suitable for younger visitors.
Gore Mountain Ski Area If you're visiting the Adirondacks in winter or summer, the Gore Mountain Ski Area offers excitement at great heights. Enjoy backcountry and Nordic alpine skiing and snowboarding at all levels of expertise. The Gore Mountain Region also features a Northwoods Gondola, mountain biking, scenic train rides and treasure hunting in the world's largest garnet mine.
Saratoga Racecourse The Saratoga Racecourse is a 350-acre racetrack located in Saratoga Springs. The racing season starts with opening day on July 23 and ends on Labor Day, September 1. Early risers can have breakfast at the track and watch the horses work out. Enjoy the Clubhouse breakfast buffet by the rail or grab a quick danish or muffin then take the free Backstretch Tour. You can also ride a tram around the track to the backstretch then walk around the grounds.
Saratoga Harness Track Saratoga Raceway is home to the unique sport of harness racing. The track is situated in a peaceful country setting, but offers a half-mile track for harness racing, as well as a simulcast thoroughbred and harness racing facility. Chariot's Restaurant offers fine dining and an incredible view of the racing action. Group parties are welcome.

Prospect Mountain Summit Prospect Mountain is the closest Vermont ski area to New York. It's base elevation stands at 2250 feet, meaning that it provides consistently good ski conditions. More than 30 kilometers of trails are available for fantastic cross-county skiing, classical skiing and snowshoeing. The Base Lodge features a restaurant, gift shop and artisan gallery.

Chapman Historical Museum Located in downtown Glens Falls, this museum celebrates the history and charm of Queensbury, Glens Falls and the Southern Adirndacks. Visit the restored Victorian DeLong House, as well as the changing exhibitions, research archive and gift shop.
Fort William Henry Historic Re-Enactment The Battle at Fort William Henry in 1757 was made famous by the classic book, The Last of the Mohicans. Visit the Fort William Henry Museum for an in-depth look at 18th century life in battle, including a realistic battle re-enactment. The grounds feature costumed guide historians, cannon and musket firings, and interactive programs for kids.
